The founding partner of our firm is Štefan Bašista. Štefan is a registered attorney with the Slovak Bar Association. He studied law at the Faculty of Law, Comenius University in Bratislava. He has been active in elite legal consulting for over 10 years.

During his career, he worked for one of the world's top law firms, spent nearly eight years with one of the Big Four global consulting firms, and led the M&A practice at one of the largest Slovak law firms.

Štefan has worked on numerous complex global and local projects, including M&A, corporate group restructuring, and legal due diligence. He has also provided advice in the areas of intellectual property, environmental and waste management, and labour law.

In addition to practicing law, Štefan regularly participates in various professional forums, where he engages as a participant or speaker, focusing mainly on topics such as M&A, commercial law, intellectual property, and environmental law.
